The Tantric experience starts with the connection to ourselves, but do we have the right sense of who we are?

Most of the classical Tantric masters affirmed that the cause of all our suffering is not the fact that we don’t get what we want, but rather ignorance. Ignorance of our true nature. We are hooked into a false, socially constructed identity and a false notion of what consciousness really is.

Power Solo is an exploration of our own energy and a dive into our energy blocks connected to our conditioning and belief system.

In a space of safety and relaxation, we will practice how to release them so that our body, and consequently our mind, will no longer be caught in old patterns and habits.
After this introspection, we can connect and look at ourselves and others in a different, healthier and authentic way.

We will practice together how to build up our energy and see ourselves as a whole system in continuous evolution and expansion, using the qualities of the 3 Tantric Keys: Breath, Movement and Sound.

The realization of our potential as a virtuoso soloist in the concert of Life will open us to the possibility of meeting the others in a wholly different light, and daring to show our own, unique spark.
