Floating movements to reconnect with a floating World.
We are facing confrontational times. Many of us are forced to stay indoor, or with minimal interpersonal contact allowed. All of this is something that goes beyond anything we could ever imagine, and sometimes it may be heavy to find a way out.
Meditation and Tantra can help us to get out of this situation, because once we get more into our body and less into our minds, then we don’t need anymore to make much sense of the world outside. So, the propositions for this session will be to connect with our body in a deeper way and learn to let go what is not essential or healthy for us.
We will invite you to practice some techniques that will open up with fluidity some areas of the body that normally are not enough considered to restore the normal energy flow, through the healing practice of Breath, Movement and Sound.
Swim into the floating world, out of the mind, into the Body.
