Perfekt? Pusteblume!

I am truly touched by the project of the Ministerium für Bewegungsforschung und Ästhetik in Weimar: ‘Perfekt? Pusteblume!’ based on my book Im Garten der Pusteblumen.

These young dancers and actors are invited to explore the paradox of mastery achieved through a practice rooted in spontaneity, celebrating imperfection.

As Anna, the little seamstress in the book, discovers, following your dreams without a specific destination might lead you to the place where magical threads grow.

I have never connected this beautiful theme with the story before. Writing a book is like allowing something to penetrate your being, capturing it in a bottle, and casting it into the ocean. Then the words navigate back and forth between the shores, each time enriched with new meanings and secrets.
